How to delete your data
Last updated November 2, 2026
You own your data. You can disconnect any linked app, and have your data deleted, at any time.
1. Disconnect a linked app
- In Allmata: open Settings, then Linked apps, and choose Revoke next to the app. Allmata stops reading from that app straight away and deletes the access we held for it.
- Meta Ads, in Allmata: open the Facebook Marketer, go to its Tools tab, and choose Remove next to the ad account. Allmata stops reading it, can no longer make any change in it, and deletes the access token we held for it.
- On Meta (Facebook and Instagram): in your Facebook settings, open Business Integrations, find Allmata, and remove it. That ends Allmata's access to your ad accounts at once: Meta stops accepting the access token, so Allmata can no longer read or change anything there. The ad-account data already stored is deleted within 30 days of your request (section 2 below says how to ask).
- Other tools (for example Google): remove Allmata in that provider's account security or connected-apps settings.
2. Delete your data
Email support@allmata.com from the account owner's address, with your company name, and ask us to delete your data. We can delete one company or your whole account.
3. What we delete, and when
- When you disconnect a linked app in Allmata, Allmata stops all reads from that app and deletes the access token we held for it at once. The data already stored from that connection stays until you ask us to delete it: within 30 days of your request (an email to support@allmata.com, as in section 2), we delete or anonymize the Customer Data we read or stored for that company: what we read from linked apps (including Meta ad-account data), documents and links you added, and the Brain facts built from them.
- We delete your account information when you close your account.
- We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as billing records. Backups drop the data as they rotate out.
