A gap it spotted

Ad charges stop showing in the books in August, but the ads kept running.

Linking Ads to Books found 9 weeks of ad spend with no matching charge. That usually means a second card.

Do you pay for ads on a card I can't see yet?

How it works

Four steps. No training week.

  1. 01

    It will read your history

You connect the tools you already use. The Day-Zero Study is built to read the past decisions in your books, your support tickets, your SOPs and policies, your Slack and your orders, so you don't upload, describe or prompt anything.

  2. 02

    It will brief you first

Its first message will be your Day-Zero briefing: how your company runs, in plain words, with what it still needs to know. You confirm it or correct it, and your words win.

  3. 03

    It will pass an exam

Each agent will sit an exam graded on your own answers: real situations from your history, checked against what you actually did. Sure and wrong about money or a promise to a customer means it doesn't pass.

  4. 04

    Then it will turn green

As it rolls out, only an agent that passes will turn green and work on its own. Until then, and after, every change waits for your OK.

What it reads

The history you already have.

Only what you connect, read-only, for that one company. A new person would need months on the job to connect these dots. The study reads what's already been decided.

  • Past decisions in your books

How you categorized every vendor, what needed your OK, what you never do.

  • Support tickets

What customers ask, how you answer, your tone and your sign-off, and when you say no.

  • SOPs and policies

Your refund rules, shipping times and the documents you already wrote.

  • Slack

The decisions made in the channels you choose, and only those channels.

  • Orders

What sells, where it ships from, and what usually goes wrong.

The Day-Zero briefing

Its first message: how your company runs.

Rolling outNot an empty chat box. The briefing sets out what the study found: how you answer customers, how you keep your books, what you never do, and the few questions it still has. Confirm it in one tap, or correct any line in your own words. Your words win.

The example is a made-up demo store. Yours is written from your own history.

Day-Zero briefing · Juniper Goods (a demo store)

Here's how your company runs.

From 2 years of tickets, orders and books

  • Customers

Most questions are about where an order is. You answer with the tracking link and a first-name sign-off.

  • Refunds

Inside 30 days you refund without asking for a photo. After 30 days, the call is yours.

  • Books

Design tools go under Software subscriptions. Contractor payments always wait for your OK.

  • Never

You never promise a delivery date, and never offer a discount code in a reply.

What I still need from you

  • Do wholesale orders follow the same refund rule?
  • Who approves a refund over $200 when you're away?

The exam

It will prove it before it works on its own.

Rolling out: each agent will sit an exam graded on your own answers, real situations from your history checked against what you actually did. An agent that is sure and wrong about money or a promise to a customer won't pass, and only an agent that passes will turn green.

Today, every change your agents prepare already waits for your OK, and they ask when they're unsure.

Exam · graded on your own answers

  • Customer Service

    Passed · works live

Matched how you handle orders and refunds. It asked you about the one refund call it wasn't sure of.

  • Bookkeeper

    In its exam

Waiting on your answer about contractor payments before it's graded.

Example · rolling out

What it won't do

The lines it doesn't cross.

  • Act before you approve

Every change it prepares waits on a card for your OK.

  • Guess when it's unsure

If the history and the Brain don't settle a question, it asks you.

  • Make a tax or trust call

Tax treatment and trusts stay with you and your preparer. It prepares the facts; it doesn't decide them.

  • Move money or change your books on its own

No payment, refund or entry happens without your permission.

  • Mix your companies

Each company gets its own Brain. One company's history never reaches another's.

  • Train anyone else's model

Your data is never used to train a model. AI model calls use no-training and zero-retention settings where the provider supports them.

Questions

About the Day-Zero Study.

What is the Day-Zero Study?

It's how every new Allmata agent will start. Day-Zero Study: running on our own companies now. Opening to new accounts soon. Before an agent talks to you, it will read your business history, connect it and write down how your company runs. Its first message will be your Day-Zero briefing, which you confirm or correct.

What does it read?

Only what you connect: past decisions in your books, support tickets, SOPs and policies, the Slack channels you choose, and your orders. A thin history is fine; the briefing says what it still needs.

What if the briefing is wrong?

Correct it. Your words win over anything the history suggested, and the agent learns from what you fix. Not sure yet? Say so, and the agent will ask you when it comes up.

What if it says the wrong thing to a customer?

That's the fear that stops most owners, so it's built around it. Anything sent to a customer waits for your OK, and the agent asks when it's unsure. As the Day-Zero Study rolls out, each agent will also pass an exam graded on your own answers before it works on its own. We aim for every answer to be right; we don't promise it will never miss.

When do I get it?

Day-Zero Study: running on our own companies now. Opening to new accounts soon. Start your trial today and your agents begin learning from your history straight away.

What does it cost?

Your trial includes $10 of AI work. After that, you pay in plain dollars of AI work, shown as you go, with a warning before a big spend.

Does it act without me?

No. Every change waits for your OK, and never money or your books without your permission. It asks when it's unsure.

Isn't this just ChatGPT?

A chat tool writes from what you paste in that day. Your Allmata agents learn from your history and share one Brain per company, and they work in the tools you already use. As the Day-Zero Study rolls out, each agent will read that history first and brief you before it talks to you.
